This is a new cool acronym that you shall be soon familiar with and hearing a lot about it. KC Radio or KCR is short for Khoun Community Radio for Development, an offiocial name for the newly-established radio station in Khoun district, Xiengkhouang province, Lao PDR.KC Radio or KCR, whichever way you prefer to call us, will be officially launched on 25th September 2007.
